Orach is also known as Mountain Spinach or French Spinach, it makes a tasty salad ingredient.

First come the young stems which are perfect for eating or bouquets, but what follows are glorious seedpods that look magnificent in late summer arrangements.

Orach or the latin name Atriplex hortensis can even been dried for Winter arrangements!

This pack includes both the green and red varieties so double for your money!

Cutting /Vase Life:
Sear young stems to prevent wilting. The later stems are more robust, just cut straight into ready buckets of water. We rest our stems for a few hours in water, this is called conditioning.
