When I first spotted Wrinked Cress being used as a versatile bouquet filler I knew I had to give it a go. Actually a salad crop it won’t be out of place in the vegetable garden or allotment.
Graceful, silvery panicles are covered with shimmery seeds, this is a fantastic foliage filler.
Armfuls ready well before our favourite ‘Panicum Frosted Explosion’ wrinkled cress is perfect for giving texture to arrangements.
For straight stems provide some support early on, this crop grows quickly.
How to grow:

Brilliant a vase life of 10 days. Suitable for drying, hang them upside down until they hold their shape.
